Room #12 is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has one queen bed and its own private balcony. All rooms are non-smoking, air conditioned with private bathrooms, hot showers, cable TV with English and Spanish channels, ceiling fans and offer lots of out door seating. A common lounge on the second floor hosts a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker with complimentary coffee available for all guests.

All rooms have easy access to our lovely palapa (thatched roof) terrace on the third floor providing a fabulous view of La Paz Bay. Our terrace makes an ideal place to enjoy a cocktail while viewing our famous colorful sunsets.
